How to check the hash

  • Windows PowerShell: Get-FileHash .\accusatory-builder.html -Algorithm SHA256
  • Windows Command Prompt: certutil -hashfile accusatory-builder.html SHA256
  • Mac or Linux: shasum -a 256 accusatory-builder.html

The result must match the hash above in every character. Capital and lowercase letters don't matter.

Raptor signing key

Each release folder also carries Raptor's signature over its hash list, and the app uses the same key to verify Raptor-issued local law packs. IT staff can check a release folder's signature with py release.py verify, then confirm that its pack_public_key.txt matches this public key:

The key is ECDSA P-256. It is public; the private half never leaves Raptor.
